Employees scan their QR code when arriving and leaving. Lobbipad records their check-in and check-out times.
Working hours are available in the Lobbipad web portal, giving you a clear overview of how many hours each employee has worked.
One platform
Use Lobbipad at your entrance for both visitor registration and employee check-in. Visitors follow their own registration process, while employees simply scan their personal QR code to check in or out.
This means you don't need a separate check-in system at the entrance just to register employee working hours.
